To start off my 2021 rodeo season, my first stop was Rapid City, South Dakota for the annual Rodeo Rapid City. I always enjoy attending any of the Sutton family's rodeos because they are a wonderful family and the production is out of this world. While in South Dakota, I had the chance to visit Mount Rushmore and Landstrom’s (Home of the Miss Rodeo America Crown). Each year there is a Girl’s in Spurs Fashion show that the queens are allowed to be in. We all represent a boutique that is set up at the rodeo and they fit us in their clothes and then we model for them. During the rodeo performances if I was not carrying sponsor flags or helping get the other queens their flags, I was conversing with fans in the crowd. Overall, this trip was one for the books and I cannot wait for my next!
